1. All star roleplayers are welcome to work at Westside.2. Twins and multi-characters are not allowed in our café.3. One person, one account. Side accounts are allowed, but please stay active during your shift with us.4. New accounts are welcome with a minimum of 250 posts.5. Following must be under 500.6. Username and display name must be related to your muse.7. Multiple agencies are allowed with a maximum of 3 including us.8. JFB (Upfoll/BOT), CIC (Circle in Circle), and excessive RL interactions are strictly prohibited.9. NSFW or rated posts are strictly prohibited. Please respect your muse and minors.10. WESTSIDE DOs & DONʼTs

1. Respect, mingle, and work well with all Managers and fellow Employees.2. Participate actively in missions, games, and café activities.3. Keep updating your character regularly in your own style.4. Inform the Managers if you:
• Need hiatus
• Want to change character
• Move account
• Temporary swap
• Experience account issues5. Use brackets for OOC talks and avoid excessive OOC interactions.

1. Exchange cyber accounts or share cyber-related tweets before close down unless through personal agreement or prior mutuals.2. Disappear for more than 7 days without informing the Managers.3. Keep posting new convos while ignoring interactions or mentions from fellow Employees.4. Create unnecessary drama, wars, or uncomfortable situations inside Westside.

ACTIVITY RULES

1. Westside is a semi-event café agency with scheduled missions, games, and events during the working period.2. Employees will experience both:
• Cabang/team activities
• Rolling/mixed group activities
to keep teamwork and bonding balanced between all Employees.3. Minimum interaction is 10 Employees every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.4. Interaction proofs must be collected through screenshots (SS) and submitted in the provided place on each interaction day.5. Interactions are free and not limited to specific cabang/groups.6. Games may be held around 2–3 times per week depending on the café schedule.7. There will be no greeting session. Employees may use claim spots and ongoing activities to get closer naturally.8. Westside uses a point system to appreciate participation and activity during missions, games, events, and interactions.9. Detailed point system information will be explained after verification.10. Weekly appreciation such as Employee of The Week (EOTW) may be given based on participation, activities, and event or mission results.

MOVE AND CHANGE

1. Character changes are allowed up to twice and must remain available.2. Temporary swaps are allowed for up to 3 days with prior confirmation to the Managers.3. Please inform the Managers immediately if your account gets locked, limited, or suspended.4. If you plan to change username or move account, inform us first and wait for confirmation before doing so.5. Suspended accounts caused by unexpected issues will be handled with consideration by the Managers.

HIATUS POLICY

1. Hiatus is allowed for up to 3 days.2. Long hiatus is allowed for up to 5 days.3. Hiatus may be taken twice during the agency period unless there is an urgent reason.4. Please inform our main account (@WestsideHour) before taking a break from your shift.

WARNING & TERMINATION

1. Employees who disappear for more than 7 days without any notice may receive warnings or be removed from their position at Westside.2. Managers will conduct regular patrols and activity checks during the agency period.3. Employees who continuously disappear without clarification may be asked to leave the café.4. Any intentional drama, harmful behavior, or serious rule violations may result in immediate termination from Westside.5. Managers reserve the right to make final decisions regarding rule violations and employee activity concerns.
